Shipping policy

every item in our store is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed.

because of this, products may be fulfilled by different production partners depending on the item type, stock availability, and which location can deliver the fastest and highest quality result.

wherever possible, local Australian fulfilment partners are prioritised for faster local delivery - however, some specialty items may occasionally be produced overseas. this can result in separate packages and slightly longer shipping times. we have done our best to provide details on fulfilment location and approximations of postage times for each item, however all postage costs and timeframes can easily be firmed up at checkout by typing in your destination address.

as postage costs vary (sometimes wildly) between products and suppliers, we offer FREE postage Australia-wide on all orders over $110. we would love to offer a postage discount on orders below this amount, but doing so would mean we would have to price items beyond what we think is anywhere near reasonable, and we just can’t do it. with this in mind, we encourage you to add an extra item as you’ll likely get much better value overall.

all sarcasm aside, we genuinely appreciate your support of small-batch, made-to-order products. this approach reduces waste, avoids excess inventory, and allows us to offer a wider range of designs and products without compromising quality.
